1. How do I find SDS documents?

   You can access SDS documents through the main red navigation bar.  You can either download a zip file of all SDS files or search for your specific product. In addition, the product specific PDF’s are found under the "SDS and Resources" header on each product page.

   Please fill out the Contact Us form and mention in the comment box that you are looking for a place to purchase Betco® products. A customer service representative will reply to your inquiry with a list of the local distributors closest to your location.

4. How do I find an Equipment Manual & Parts Schematic?

   In the main webpage navigation click on (Resources) and then (Equipment). In this page you will find manuals, technical bulletins, warranty information, leasing, parts and a service center locator.

5. How do I cross-reference a Betco® product against a competitor?

   The Product Cross Reference tool is located on the Products page which can be accessed from the main red navigation bar. This tool is provided as a quick reference of comparable products. Betco® issues caution at making apples to apples comparisons because no two products are exactly the same. Factors like dilution ratios should be considered when comparing products. Finally, be cautious of recommending a comparable product just because the competitive product was used. It is much better to first understand the users true need before making a recommendation.
