13 TROUBLESHOOTING: Scrub Head Circuit Breaker is Tripped INADEQUATE SOLUTION FOR APPLICATION Increase solution to scrub head. To reset circuit breaker, wait 5 minutes and push in circuit breaker button. Adjust to medium setting for solution. LOW DOWN PRESSURE MEDIUM DOWN PRESSURE HIGH DOWN PRESSURE SELECTING DOWN PRESSURE Scrub head is set to heavy down pressure: Reduce the down pressure setting by one and retry scrubbing. 1. Low pressure: 60 lb. - Daily cleaning of normal soils. 2. Medium pressure: 120 lb. – Heavy soils or chemical-free finish removals. 3. High pressure: 180 - 185 lb. – Heavy soils, orbital finish removal or chemical stripping. PAD IS TOO AGGRESSIVE FOR APPLICATION Change the pad to a lower aggressiveness. These are listed from least aggressiveness to most aggressive. FAULTY OR SHORTED WIRE Trace wiring from motors and check for loose connections or damaged wiring. Replace with equal gauge wire.
