10 TROUBLESHOOTING: Machine Will Not Turn On FAULTY KEY SWITCH Check the wire connections of the key switch. This can be done by removing the 4 .25-20 x .5Lg hex drive bolts of the lower control board. Diagnose the key switch and replace if faulty. DISCHARGED BATTERIES Check wire connections at batteries and charger. Plug the machine’s onboard charger in to 120V wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord while charging. This voids the charger warranty.
