19 SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE BLADES 1. Remove the squeegee assembly from the machine by loosening the two knobs. 2. Thoroughly clean and rinse the underside of the squeegee frame, blades and neck 3. Wipe down and dry the squeegee to remove any water and loose debris. DRIP TRAP INSPECTION 1. Inspect the drip trap on the topside of the squeegee by removing the 2 thumb screws. 2. Rinse off the drip trap and remove any debris. 3. Wipe and clean the squeegee frame before re-installing the drip trap. SQUEEGEE BLADES: INSPECT 1. Inspect the front and rear squeegee blades. The forward edges should be sharp and defined. 2. Worn blades should be flipped or replaced if worn halfway through the thickness.
