12 SOLICHEM ™ SOLUTION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM Solid on-board chemical delivery technology removes the need to pour chemical into the solution tank. Water dissolves the SoliChem™ solid and adds the cleaning chemical directly onto the floor wetting system. The SoliChem System also alerts the operator of low SoliChem solid with an LED light. NOTE: Do not use pure acids in this machine. FILLING SOLUTION THE TANK 1. Add water to the solution tank from the front or rear fill locations. Do not use water exceeding 120° F (48.9°Celcius) 2. While filling the machine, watch the sight tube on the back of the machine to determine when the machine is full. CONVENTIONAL OPERATION 1. Remove the SoliChem ™ solid from the solution system (See Below). a. Lift recovery tank. b.Remove SoliChem canister cap. c. Lift out SoliChem cage and ensure that all SoliChem solid pieces are removed from canister. d.Replace SoliChem canister cap on canister. 2. Turn off Solichem Technology. 3. Pour in properly diluted chemical into the front fill port.
